Quick Links and Notifications (Agent Portal)

You can view and navigate through the applications that are assigned to you.

You can configure the apps to be visible or hidden on Quick Links through Apps & Messages at Settings.

Notifications​

An Agent gets various updates with the help of a notification icon Notification Icon:

  • When status of the quote changes as Employee has requested for more information
  • When you assign a quote to yourself (through 'Make This Quote Mine' option)
  • When your quote is re-assigned to another user
  • When your quote is taken over by an another user (through 'Make This Quote Mine' option)
  • When a policy is issued
  • When a policy is endorsed
  • When a policy is cancelled
  • When a policy is reinstated
  • When a policy is renewed.
