Policies (Employee Portal)

You can view Policies of your customers from the Menu Items available on the left pane of the homepage. You can perform the following functions through Policies:

  • View the list of Policies that are issued for the customer account
  • Navigate to the Policy Activity page and view complete information on the policy
  • Process endorsement, renewal, cancellation, reinstatement, reissue, or rewrite through the icon displayed against each record
  • Sort the Policies based on Policy Number, Customer Account Name, and Policy Effective Date
  • Filter the Policies based on Product, Policy Number, Customer Account Name, Agency Name, Agent Name, State, Policy Effective Date, Status.
